“This is the same well-bred Blue blade — VG-10W, hollow-ground convex, mirror polished — hung on a classic straight handle, and that handle is the whole point of choosing it. If you were trained on traditional ergonomics and you palm-the-blade for scissor-over-comb, the symmetrical straight grip will feel honest and natural in a way an offset never quite does. It runs a touch longer than the offset Blue too, out to 6.0”, which gives you a bit more blade for blunt baselines and palm-to-palm work.
