“The thing that matters most here, and the reason I rate it for left-handers, is that this is a true left-handed build — the blades are ground and crossed for the left hand and the offset handle is reversed, not just a right-hander’s scissor with the rings swapped. That means the edge sits correctly under the hair as a leftie cuts, so you can actually see your line and the blade bites instead of pushing. The hollow semi-convex blades with a slice edge draw cleanly through layering, slide work and point cutting, and the VG10-W stainless at 58-60HRC takes a keen edge and holds it respectably through daily work. The raised ratchet tension lets you set the feel precisely.
