This oil pen has a brush tip for applying a small amount of oil during routine shear care. Clean and dry the scissors first, then follow the tool instructions for oiling the pivot and wiping away any excess.
Lubrication helps maintain the pivot action. It does not restore a damaged or dull cutting edge; use professional service when cutting performance drops. The maintenance guide covers cleaning, storage and service checks.
