Reading a model
How do I read a shear listing?
Check the selected variant, then read the blade, material, handle and included items. Do not assume all models in a family are identical.
What does the size number measure?
The listing and size guide explain whether the number is whole-shear or blade length. Check the specific model before ordering.
How do I compare steels?
The steel library explains grade names. Use the product record for the actual model’s stated material and hardness.
Does a set contain identical blades?
Usually not. A cutter and thinner do different jobs; compare both blade descriptions in the set listing.
Buying and shipping
Which payment methods are available?
The checkout payment step shows the methods enabled for your order. Prices are displayed in AUD.
Do you send orders overseas?
Yes. Online checkout currently accepts Australian addresses. Contact us before ordering for international delivery.
What are the shipping charges?
Standard shipping is free on a scissor order. Express adds $9 where available; contact us to arrange it before ordering.
How is an order tracked?
We email dispatch information and a tracking link when the carrier supplies one.
Support and care
What if I ordered the wrong configuration?
Contact us with the order number and SKU. If it has been delivered, read the Returns page before posting it back.
When does an edge need servicing?
If the cut starts catching or pushing hair after cleaning and a tension check, ask a sharpener experienced with that blade type to inspect it.
How do I report a fault?
Send the order number, model and photos through the contact form. The Warranty page explains the process.
