Feather Japan Plier Premium Folding Razor

Plier has its own working blade format

The PLR-R Plier is a folding hair-cutting holder for PLI-20 blades. Its working refill has no integrated comb guard. That construction is a clearer reason to investigate it than the word premium in the product name.

The maker’s Plier reference pairs PLR-R and PLI-20. Keep both references together in your tool record and any replacement order.

Folding and guarded describe different features

A folding handle describes the holder’s arrangement. It does not turn the working blade into a guarded Styling cartridge. The blade-and-guard guide separates the retained handle, blade carrier, working edge and guard so you can compare the actual construction.

The Custom CU-R is another folding hair-cutting holder, with a detachable comb guard and separate Custom blade formats. The Standard Styling holder uses refills that carry an integrated comb guard. Neither replacement family becomes a Plier refill because the tools share a brand.

Put the refill in the purchase brief

The matching PLI-20 pack contains twenty blades. BLFPLIER20 identifies the local purchase; PLI-20 identifies the manufacturer format. Choose the holder and compatible refill as separate items according to what you need, then read the current included contents on each listing.

Our compatibility map gives Plier its own row. The refill-pack guide explains why a model code and a quantity are separate ordering fields.

Keep the supplied Plier instructions available for actual use and blade replacement. Protect the stored tool as those instructions specify. If you need a specification confirmed before ordering, send PLR-R and PLI-20 through the contact form, rather than substituting a similar-looking pack.
