A longer left-handed Joewell cutter

The LSF combines a dedicated left-handed build with a semi-offset handle and convex shape blade. Choose 6.5 or 7.0 inches. Both use Joewell’s Supreme Stainless Alloy, an adjustable screw and a permanent finger rest.

The longer format gives you more reach across a comb or a broad section. It also moves the tip further from your hand, so choose the length you can place accurately. A 7.0-inch label is the nominal shear size; it does not mean a 7.0-inch blade.

LSF or a compact FX Lefty?

Compare the 6.5-inch LSF first if you want longer reach without going straight to the largest option. Choose 7.0 inches when that extra reach is part of your usual work. Keep the edge clear of comb teeth in either case.

If you prefer a shorter cutter and a shaped 3D offset grip, the 5.5-inch FX Lefty is the closer comparison. Its standard Joewell blade differs from the LSF’s convex shape blade, as well as being shorter.

Protect the long convex blade

The LSF’s 6.5- or 7.0-inch length puts more of the tool beyond your grip. Keep its tip and convex blade clear of comb teeth and other shears, then give it a protected storage slot. Follow the model’s screw instructions; identify the left-handed LSF and its selected size if you ask a technician about edge work.
