Black Crest for a stronger thinning pass
The BC-40 is a 5.9-inch thinning shear with a 40-tooth double blade. Its listed cut-ratio figure positions it for more substantial removal than a light finishing thinner. Check the result after each pass on dense hair.
The offset handle and black coating distinguish it from Joewell’s plain E-series. Clear the tooth rows after use, dry the finish and store the tool where the coating will not rub against other shears.
