The Jewel III Double Swivel is a single convex-edge cutter. Both rings rotate on its offset handle. Choose 5.0, 5.5 or 6.0 inches in a right- or left-handed build.
The moving grip takes practice if you usually cut with fixed rings. Pick the length for your daily sections, then give yourself time to learn how the handle follows the cut. For a non-swivel version, compare the fixed-handle Jewel III cutter.
Keep the ring joints clean and dry, protect the convex edge and store the shear separately from other tools.
