The Yasaka YA gives you a clam-shaped convex slice edge and offset handle in 5.0, 5.5 and 6.0 inches. The steel is SUS440C and the finish is polished.
Choose by reach and tip placement rather than assuming one length suits every technique. Clean the blades after use and adjust pivot tension only in small increments.
