Compare the Taiyo set
Each Taiyo set contains two right-handed shears. Choose a 5.5”, 6.0”, 6.5” or 7.0” cutter; the texturiser stays at 6.0” with 15 teeth. The variant names state both lengths, so confirm the selected combination before ordering.
Both tools list VG-10 steel at 60–62 HRC, offset handles and Tejina-style tension screws. The convex edge describes the cutter. The thinner is the toothed component for texture work; tooth count alone cannot predict a removal percentage.
The single cutter and single texturiser are separate products. Check the chosen listing for accessory contents. Keep both dry, clear the teeth and use a professional shear service when cutting performance drops.
