Compare the Taiyo texturiser
The Taiyo texturiser is a single right-handed 6.0” shear with 15 teeth. Tooth count distinguishes it from a fine 30-tooth blender; it does not establish a fixed percentage of hair removed. Make a small test cut to judge the result on the hair in front of you.
The model lists VG-10 steel at 60–62 HRC, an offset handle, polished finish and a Tejina-style tension screw. The handle lowers the thumb ring. This is the toothed tool in the family, not the solo convex cutter.
The Taiyo cutter comes in four lengths. The set pairs one of those lengths with this 6.0” texturiser. Clear hair from the teeth, dry the shear and use professional service when it begins folding hair.
