The Mina Black Diamond kit includes one flat-edge cutter and one 6.0-inch thinning shear. Select a 5.5-, 6.0- or 7.0-inch cutter; the listed thinner stays at 6.0 inches.
Choose the shorter cutter for closer salon control or the longer blade for reach through broad sections. The thinner gives you a separate tool for blending and measured weight removal. Both share offset handles and the polished black finish.
