The Ichiro Offset is a single right-handed cutter with a convex edge, offset handle and 440C steel. It has a semi-sword blade section and ball-bearing pivot. Choose 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5 or 7.0 inches without changing those construction details.

“Semi-sword” describes the blade’s section, including its raised profile. It is a separate detail from the convex edge and from the curve of the cutting line. It does not tell you that a shear has a specialist bamboo-leaf blade line. Our blade guide draws those distinctions side by side.

Start with the work within reach

For close tip placement, compare the shorter lengths against a tool you already handle well. For work across a section or comb, the longer options offer more reach. The useful size is the one you can place and close under control; advertised length is not measured blade length.

Keep the cutter and texture choices distinct

This listing contains one solid-blade cutting shear. The Offset pair adds a matching thinner. The 16-tooth texturiser has a separate tooth layout and should be chosen for a defined texture task.
