Two lengths between the usual sizes
The SZ Semi comes in 5.25 and 5.75 inches. Its convex edge sits on a Japanese stainless-alloy blade, while the semi-offset handle drops the thumb slightly below the finger ring.
A removable finger rest and bearing pivot let you set up the feel. Compare these in-between lengths if 5.0 feels too short and 6.0 gives more reach than you need. Clean and dry the polished blades after use.
