This Juntetsu Ergo runs in 5.0, 5.5 and 6.0-inch lengths. The convex slice edge and offset handle stay consistent across the three choices; select a blade length for the sections you cut most often.
The shear uses 440C steel under a matte black finish. Wipe it clean and dry after service and protect the edge from contact with other tools.
