What the Specifications Mean
The Azure is Juntetsu’s blue colourway among the finished VG10 cutters — polished azure per the COLOR row.
The substantive entries: VG10 steel on the material row — the grade family is covered in the steel library — with a convex edge blade described by the BLADE row (convex edge guide). HANDLE POSITION is an offset — thumb ring below the finger ring — and TENSION is a hand screw for adjustment without tools, which puts this in the simpler, field-adjustable group rather than the brand’s click or ball-bearing systems.
Sizes: 5.5”, 6.0”, 6.5”, 7.0” — a full everyday run; right-handed. Juntetsu is an independent Japanese scissors brand. Care is generic: wipe dry, oil the pivot occasionally, professional service when the cut drags. The contact page handles questions about a specific length.
