Its offset handle and ball-bearing pivot distinguish it from simpler thinning tools. The listed ATS-314 alloy and maker-named edge are part of this model, but the tooth pattern and your placement decide the finish in hair. For more visible bulk removal, compare a wider-tooth texturiser.
