This listing supplies one convex-edge cutting shear. The Umi uses SUS440C steel, an offset handle, mirror-polished finish and a key-adjustable screw. Choose the hand and nominal size together; a photographed silver tool does not identify the option in your order.

Start from a cutter size you already know, then compare the Umi’s handle and blade construction. The inch label names the nominal whole tool, rather than a published cutting-blade measurement. Our Umi model guide puts these options beside the thinner and three-tool kit.

Decide whether another tool is needed

If the missing job is a toothed tool, the right-handed Umi thinner and left-handed thinner are separate six-inch purchases with 30 V-shaped teeth. The Umi Master instead includes two selected cutters and a fixed thinner.
