Traditional balance, two useful lengths
Juntetsu Classic keeps the finger and thumb rings opposite each other. If that straight, familiar hand position suits your cutting style, this is the VG10 cutter in the range to consider. The convex edge works across clean lines and controlled slicing.
Choose 5.5 inches for detail around the face and short sections. Choose 6.25 inches when you want extra travel through a section. Both options are right-handed with a polished finish.
Wipe the blades after each client and have a shear specialist service the edge when cutting starts to drag.
