Yes—outline what you need when you reach out. Many salons start with the workshop, then add a shorter one-on-one audit for senior stylists. I’ll quote the combined scope upfront.
Do you travel outside Victoria?
I travel across VIC and NSW regularly. For other states I’ll coordinate travel recovery or run the initial audit remotely before planning an on-site visit.
What if I just need a quick pointer?
Send me a note via the contact page with your current kit and question. If I can answer it in an email, it’s on the house. I’ll suggest the audit only when I know the extra legwork will pay off.
