Tsurugi is a right-handed cutter in 6.0, 6.5 or 7.0 inches. The options share its angled convex blade, offset handle, 440C steel, mirror-polished finish and key-adjustable pivot. The nominal length is the selected difference.
Start with the tool you know. If its working tips already sit where you want them, compare that familiar length first. If you want more reach above the comb or through a section, take the longer option into the same brief rather than choosing seven inches because the page says barber.
| Exact option | Nominal cutter size |
|---|---|
| ICH-TSU-C60 | 6.0 inches |
| ICH-TSU-C65 | 6.5 inches |
| ICH-TSU-C70 | 7.0 inches |
These are whole-tool labels. A seven-inch Tsurugi does not publish a seven-inch cutting span. The barber reach guide shows why a maker’s blade measurement belongs in a separate field when one is available.
An angled blade description and a convex edge also answer different questions. Read the blade’s profile, cutting line and edge through the blade vocabulary guide. Those terms help you describe the construction without assuming every convex cutter has the same line or specialist drawing use.
The separate Ichiro Sword also has a 6.0/6.5/7.0 menu, but it is another model. Compare its wider sword blade with the Tsurugi’s actual construction; do not treat the names as interchangeable.
If the missing job is close work beside your longer cutter, use the two-length kit brief to explain it. A second Tsurugi at another nominal length and a different cutter model are two distinct purchases to assess.
Keep the edge clear of hard comb contact, dry it after cleaning and store the tips protected. Follow the instructions for the key-adjustable screw. If the action changes, note the size and symptom through the care guide before adjusting by guesswork.
