Classic II is the shorter, traditional-handle cutter in this Juntetsu group. The symmetrical rings differ from an offset grip; its 440C steel is listed at 58–60 HRC, with a convex slice edge.
The choice is between 5.25 and 5.75 inches, both right-handed. Use the shorter size for close detail or the longer one when you need a little more blade in the section. Compare handle and length together in the Juntetsu range.
